You should receive fair and honest treatment when contacting Beginscable Garage Doors. Please tell us if your experience falls short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how it will be handled. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

You may raise concerns about:

Complaints About Work

Providers in our network run separate businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, charges, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with completed work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of the discussion.

Tell Beginscable Garage Doors about the problem too. Your feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Beginscable Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

• The date you contacted Beginscable Garage Doors or the provider
• The number or form used, if known
• The provider's name, if available
• A description of the problem and the outcome you would like

How Complaints Are Reviewed

We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the complaint. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.

Requesting Further Review

If the response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may be another source of help if the provider holds a license.
